Three Minds

There have been a few questions about the three minds in Arthur's head. One is Arthur, one is Ursus, and one is the resultant of their continuing merger. The resultant is the primary narrator, but Ursus and Arthur sometimes do the job.

For the internal dialog, using italics sets it off far better than standard type. It can still be confusing as to which mind is speaking. Different types for each one would be good, or possibly italics and setting off who is speaking by a sequence of characters like -+-, -#-, or -*-.

The italics were effective in distinguishing internal dialog from vocalized dialog.
Enjoying the story, thanks.
