If I do then I won't be able to sleep that night and I'll spend the entire time tossing and turning.

Though, when I get really tired and groggy all the time I'm usually suffering from iron deficency. You should probably go to the doctor and see if your suffering from any sort of anemia.Amanda Casthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04593372014955288259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097446896118905380.post-52568652905870861622008-06-13T15:29:00.000-04:002008-06-13T15:29:00.000-04:00Oh, I thought this was magic. :-)Oh, I thought this was magic. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097446896118905380.post-22280861622118851462008-06-13T06:36:00.000-04:002008-06-13T06:36:00.000-04:00"And at that point I fell asleep."It's a drowsy pr..."And at that point I fell asleep."

It's a drowsy problem rather than an attentional problem.Xenophon Hendrixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13993059147024069203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4097446896118905380.post-20421130205332076882008-06-13T00:04:00.000-04:002008-06-13T00:04:00.000-04:00Try this:"I began taking slow breaths, filling mys...Try this:

"I began taking slow breaths, filling myself with air from the bottom of my lungs to the top. Once the breathing pattern was established, I curled up my toes as tightly as I could and then relaxed them totally. Then I tightened and relaxed my calf muscles, then my thighs. I worked my way up to my forehead and then just lay there feeling pleasantly loose. I concentrated again on my breathing until it was the only thing I concentrated upon. After a while, I was concentrating on nothing at all."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
